Over the years Gale and Daws has formed close links with the National Training Body JTL, to encourage school leavers to undertake apprenticeships. Ongoing training is available to those that show the ability for progression to higher technical, supervision or managerial positions.

The majority of our senior management followed this path.

Apprenticeships and training

We offer Advanced Modern Apprenticeships in Electrotechnical Installation which involves a combination of both college and site based training.

If you are interested in applying for an apprenticeship and have gained GCSEs at Grade C or above in Maths, English and Science then follow the process below:

-          Apply to JTL (the industry's training provider) for an information pack

-          Complete the JTL aptitude test

-          If successful, please forward a copy of the JTL pass letter with your CV to:

-          Applications will be reviewed annually in March / April and successful applicants will be contacted, to arrange an interview.
