Project Description

Moat Housing Group and Higgins have combined to deliver an integrated mixed tenure development of 176 homes. The breakdown is 61 homes for affordable rent, 27 shared occupation and 88 private sale. The private sale homes are being developed under the Higgins Homes brand

Across the tenures, the homes are fully integrated and externally indistinguishable.

The affordable housing consists of one and two bedroom apartments and two,three and four bedroom houses. The private sale homes are three and four bedroom houses.

All the homes are to be built utilising timber frame construction and will achieve Eco Homes "very good" rating.

Existing mature trees, hedgegrows and ecology requirements are all incorporated into the scheme design.

Gale and Daws were contracted to do all electrical works, including TV & ariel systems.
